Naples is Growing, Folks
Southwest Florida development is making a comeback, according to this Naples Daily News article.
And seasonal residents are not the only ones who have noticed.
Whenever I visit a part of Naples that I haven’t been to in a while, I’m always so surprised to see how much has changed.

A dynamic new community called CenterPlace is being proposed near Florida Gulf Coast University. You can read about it here. It’s going to be groundbreaking.
Naples
Naples is seeing new developments like Mangrove Bay and Naples Square, along with plans for a rental project on Central Avenue. Downtown Naples is going to be hopping in no time.
New restaurants and shops are also popping up everywhere you look.
And also according to the Daily News article, new commercial spots are coming to Pine Ridge and Livingston roads, Immokalee Road, and Grand Lely and Collier boulevards.
It’s a very exciting time on the Paradise Coast right now.
The new growth is so prevalent and quick that at least one member of the Bonita Springs City Council, Bill Lonkart, is calling for more adequate roads and water management—according to the Daily News article.
